Crisis Management (Two days)
Increasingly businesses find it necessary to manage crises - man-made and natural - in order to survive. This workshop was created for a world-class PR agency who wanted to provide their clients with more than 'the usual response'. Key account managers were selected to undergo two intensive days of managing 'difficult situations' which included air disasters, hostage situations and loss of life in hostile environments. The lessons learned by the delegates have helped them to provide a much higher quality service to clients, and this has been recognised by - and has attracted - other clients.
