Introduction to Training Management (Three days).
Many effective trainers find the transition to the position of Training Manager to be a difficult move. The "view from the top" is very different and often help is needed to ensure that the new manager is immediately effective in the new role. This course can help to ensure that the training function is closely aligned to the business objectives and that the operation is cost-effective. The course is designed to provide initial and longer-term support to new Training Managers.
In addition to the two-day course, on-going support is provided over a further six-month period with regular reviews and executive coaching sessions.
