Leadership Development (Three days)

The challenges which face business today require a much higher degree of initiative and empowerment from its middle managers. Many organisations have cultures where fear prevents its leaders from being effective in their role. This workshop challenges and encourages delegates through a series of interactive 'rehearsals' of potentially difficult situations. Delegates will receive a number of highly effective and practical strategies for making positive changes within their teams. A 3600 appraisal exercise which reports on Communication, Team-building, Leadership and Development behaviours is normally undertaken as part of the workshop.
