The Senior Leaders Programme
For some time now, clients have been asking if we would expand our existing Leadership Development Programme from its current in-house basis to something which would allow senior leaders in unrelated organisations to participate.
The Programme will run for twelve months - beginning in September each year - and is designed for senior leaders in every type of organisation. You will meet the people - at the very top of their professions nationally and internationally - who are making a difference in the worlds of Finance and Manufacturing, the Emergency Services, Medicine, and the Criminal Justice system. Delegates will be able to share their experiences - and have the whole group apply their collective knowledge and skill to the issues affecting their own organisations. This approach has proved to be particularly successful in our existing programs.
The Senior Leaders Programme will provide:
Confidential Psychometric analysis before the launch event in order that delegates might better understand themselves and the issues they encounter.
One-to-one feedback on the analysis - before the Launch Event - with personal copies of the Psychometric Evaluation
A one-day Launch Event at a luxury hotel in Sussex where delegates will have the opportunity to meet their fellow Leaders and hear a very senior Leader share their thoughts on the current issues in Leadership
Six-weekly Visits to the business premises of other delegates - where the whole group will work as Consultants to their Host - providing solutions to current business issues
Senior Leaders from finance, industry and manufacturing as Guest Speakers at each Meeting of the group
An on-going Support System during the length of the Programme where delegates can share concerns and receive advice on live issues
We expect interest in this Programme to be extremely high and numbers will have to be limited to TEN delegates.
