Sales Development Solutions

Team Building (Two days).

Internal restructuring and increased competition are driving industry and commerce to be more creative and innovative in their approaches to individual and team empowerment.  Team-working is increasingly important in arriving at solutions that work effectively, and that increase the personal motivation of team members.  The team will return to the workplace with new strategies and techniques for working together, and they will have a closer working relationship achieved through the various challenges which the team will have completed during the training.  Where there are existing issues facing the team, the event can provide an opportunity to air these issues in a protected, facilitated environment.

What the training covers:

  • Pre-course questionnaires with individual feedback on results.
  • The basics of good communication.
  • Team exercises, usually conducted at an adventure training ground.
  • Facilitated discussion and agreement of key issues facing team.
  • Action plans for team to take back to workplace.

Designed to meet the needs of: Any team (of up to twelve people) who want to improve their performance.

All our courses and workshops use whole brain learning techniques that produce a relaxed informal atmosphere where delegates learn better and faster. This involves the use of music, games, toys and visual challenges which promote course messages.
